The Longaberger Company Made-in-America Pottery Collection complements the offering of high-quality baskets that its basket makers weave by hand in rural Ohio. The new American Home Pottery(TM) collection underscores Longaberger's long-standing commitment to American manufacturing and craftsmanship. The collection includes dinner plates, luncheon plates, soup & salad bowls, and coffee mugs which are stamped with the words "Made in America". Our four piece place setting in embossed ivory also features Longaberger's traditional Four Petal™ motif and coordinates beautifully with all your Woven Traditions® Pottery.

Vitrified safe for use in oven, microwave, dishwasher and freezer. The Four-Piece Place Setting includes one each Dinner Plate (10"d), Luncheon Plate (9"d), Soup & Salad Bowl (6"d x 2 5/8"h; 23 ounces) and Mug (3 3/8"d x 3 7/8"h; 12 ounces). Pottery accounts for about 15 percent of our company's annual sales. While the new line of pottery costs slightly more than the current line produced in Asia, the benefits of buying and supporting the made in the U.S. pottery, far out way the few extra bucks that you will spend on the products.

Please note that Longaberger does sell some of its current pottery line, which is made in Asia, however knows our newest products will appeal to the many consumers who in these hard economic times have become conscious of buying American made products to help U.S. workers stay employed and to help strengthen and rebuild the economy. The company's new line of pottery is made in three locations in the West and Midwest. However, the company is choosing to keep the third location a secret. The company is still working out details with our suppliers and is open to adding additional pottery makers.
